Candles cannot be returned. All sales are FINAL and refunds are not offered. If there is a mistake on my end, then yes, I will offer a refund/return, but other than that all sales are final.

I have trimmed each wick to an appropriate length for the first burn, but after the first burn, you should trim your wicks prior to lighting each time to avoid “mushrooming” of the wick. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use. This helps prevent uneven burning, soot, and dripping.
Keep candles away from open windows, air vents, and other drafty areas. Drafts can cause the flame to flicker or burn unevenly.
Never leave a candle burning unattended, and keep it away from children and pets. If you can, please burn on a flame-resistant surface.
Stop burning when there's about 1/2 inch of wax left. This protects the bottom of the jar from getting too hot.
